A gift for my Mother-in-Law

This is a gift I made for my Mother-in-Law for Mother's Day. My husband was active duty Navy when these pictures were taken. We were stationed at Kadena Air Force Base in Okinawa Japan. (Man, I miss that place!) Mom had come to visit us for 6 weeks. Get your money's worth, right? We (her and I) must have hit every road on that island, most I'd been on before because I LOVE to explore! These particular pictures were taken the day that we had gone to the Botanical Gardens. It's always such a beautiful place. The bottom picture however was taken just a few weeks before Mike and I left the island. This was taken at the Shikina-en Garden. The entire island is filled with so many great place to visit and just take in the beautiful scenery, the food and especially the Okinawan people.

Recipe: (all SU except cereal boxes)
Chipboard (I used cereal boxes)
Bali Breeze Designer Series Paper
White Ribbon
SU Jumbo Eyelets
Flower Fusion
Pewter Brads

Barb, this is so beautiful. I love the hanging frames. This is definitely something I would love to do for my girls' room. I think they would love to have photos of their friends or favorite places they've visited. Another great inspirational piece!
